Oyster Bay

Oyster Bay is a small coastal hamlet and resort located about 14 km west of St Francis Bay on the Eastern Cape Coast of South Africa. Explore the coastal reserve and private beach on one of the free roaming horses or relax and enjoy a drive through the wetlands, lagoons, woodlands and fynbos. Birding, whale watching, sun downers and night drives, are just some of the few highlights to experience on a Dune Safari.

Fishing can be done from the beachfront or for the more adventurous ones, a deep-see fishing experience on a catamaran on the Indian Ocean can be arranged. Hiking trails have been set out on the Coastal reserve. Breath in the fresh air of the "fynbos" and listen to the sounds of nature and extensive birdlife. Try to keep your head above the water in the waves of the Indian Ocean, but be careful of the strong current, so don't go to far!
