Below are some frequently asked questions (FAQ's), which we have hopefully answered for you. If you have a question which is not listed or answered below, please feel free to contact us with your question.

When should I arrive and depart?

Due to the reason that rooms have to be cleaned the check-in time for most accommodation establishments is 14:00 PM on the day of arrival. Rooms have to be vacated by 11:00 AM of the morning of departure.

Can I check- in early?

Early check-in is subject to availability on the day. For queries on early check-in and applicable charges, please send us a message via email on our website or contact the establishment directly. In the event that early check-in is not available, the accommodation establishment will be more than happy to store your luggage until check in.

Can I extend my check-out time?

Late check-out is subject to availability on the day. For queries on late check-out and applicable charges, please send us a message via email on our website or contact the hotel directly. In the event that an extension is not possible, the accommodation establishment will be more than happy to store your luggage for that relevant day.

My arrival may be delayed. What time does the reception desk close?

Depending on your chosen accommodation establishment the opening hours do alternate. Please contact the establishment directly if you expect to arrive late.

What if I need to cancel my reservation after it has been paid for?

Cancellations of confirmed reservations will incur a minimum or maximum cancellation fee. Please refer to the terms & conditions on this website for more information as to the percentage cancellation fee.

If I am unable to take up my reservation, can someone else take over my reservation?

As long as the reservation has been paid for in full the reservation is valid, however our office has to be notified as to the name change in advance.

Does the double room have twin beds?

Generally, a double room has two beds which can be put together or moved apart.

Do the rooms have en-suite bathrooms?

All of our listed accommodation establishments have en-suite bathrooms with the exception of self catering units.

Do the rooms have internet access?

The internet facilities may differ depending on the establishment. Please enquire with our office in advance.

How soon should we make a booking?

Now - if you want to secure the service of your choice for the dates you require.

How do I pay for my accommodation?

Our preferred method is by electronic funds transfer of direct bank deposit. Full payment is required if the commencement date of your booking is six weeks or less away. If making your booking more than 6 weeks in advance, a 50 % deposit is required to confirm, with the full balance due and payable 6 weeks prior to taking up your reservation.

What is included in my reservation?

It will be specified in the details of the relevant web-page for each service or product listed and on the enquiry response.
