Auas Safari Lodge is nestled in an expanse of African savannah in the shadow of the Auas mountains. Less than an hour away from the Windhoek international airport, Auas Safari Lodge lies in an unspoiled wilderness far removed from the trappings of city life.
The lodge offers 14 comfortably furnished, all En-suite rooms, with a terrace for guests to get in touch with the unique natural surroundings Auas Safari Lodge provides. The lodge facilitates a swimming pool where guests can enjoy a truly fascinating view of the sunset, game and landscape combined. From the kitchen, guests will be served exquisite local cuisine in our dining area providing indoor seating as well as on the patio. Bar and lapa facilities are also available and coffee/tea is available in each room.
The lodge is a great choice for the first or last two nights of your Namibian trip. Some of the greatest sunsets with the Auas mountains changing colour and texture can be experienced here.
One hour from Hosea Kutako international airport and Windhoek city centre you will experience total peace and tranquility with the most beautiful view and sunsets overlooking the Auas mountains. Surrounded by plains filled with giraffe, eland, zebra, kudu, oryx, impala, waterbuck, springbuck and all the smaller antelope species. If very lucky, cheetahs can be see and the tracks of the leopards are known to cross the farm. The bird life is very special with vultures and marabou storks often seen. The rooms are spacious and the staff very friendly.
