Chobe Forest Camp, situated just a 25-minute drive from Kasane, offers a tranquil 4x4 bush camp experience and self-drive destination. Nestled in a wilderness area, it provides an escape from the bustling atmosphere of Kasane while maintaining eco-friendly practices and high-quality facilities.
The camp features three self-catering En-suite luxury tents and nine campsites, enveloped by untouched nature and wilderness. Elevated on wooden decks, the luxury tents overlook a pan and permanent water source, surrounded by vast hectares of wilderness.
Chobe Forest Campsite offers well-spaced and secluded sites, each featuring water, shade, and a designated braai area. Every campsite is equipped with a private ablution facility, comprising a shower, basin, and flushing toilet for your convenience.
A brief stroll from the from the camp leads to the viewing hide, positioned overlooking the pan and waterhole. Nestled within a large anthill surrounded by bush and trees, the hide provides an up-close view of the waterhole, attracting a diverse array of wildlife, including buffalo, elephant, sable, impala, lion, hyena, leopard, baboon, and warthog.
