The Chobe River Boat Cruise has to be one of the finest game viewing experience in Africa. With over 80 000 elephants in the park alone they are a very frequent sighting. Hippo, water birds, buffalo, crocodile and puku are also viewed from the river.

The cruise starts daily at 3 PM and is offered from Chobe Safari Lodge. The duration is 3 hours. Refreshments are offered at the on-board cash bar.

Guests can enjoy the African wildlife and its’ beautiful landscapes, from a whole different perspective.

Important Notes

Minimum amount of participants is 2 adults.

Payment Terms

Please note that the full requested payment is due on receipt of the booking invoice to secure room availability if booked within 8 weeks of arrival date. A 50% booking deposit payment is due on bookings made prior to 8 weeks of arrival date with the remainder settlement amount payable 8 weeks before arrival date. Full payment is due on receipt of invoice when booking certain establishments. Payment can be made by electronic bank transfer (EFT) or online-payment with credit card or debit card (MasterCard & VISA). Bank charges are not included in the rates and are for your account.

Cancellation Policy

Activity Cancellations:

All cancellations are subject to a minimum 35% of the total booking amount handling fee.
30 - 20 days before arrival 50% of total booking value
19 - 15 days before arrival 75% of total booking value
14 - 0 days before arrival 100% of total booking value
100% of total booking value for non-arrival or no show

Children's Policy

Children 0 to 4 years = Complimentary / 5 to 11 years = 50% of adult rate. Children 12 years and older pay the full adult rate.
