The Chobe River Lodge was built with the specific intention of offering personal service to a small number of guests. The lodge has 8 rooms with teak and mukwa furniture, and all rooms have a private verandah overlooking the Chobe River. Depending on your preference, beds can be made up as two singles or one king size double. Bathrooms are En-suite with spacious showers, and supplied with all the toiletries you need, including a hair-dryer. All rooms offer a coffee and tea making facility, a ceiling fan, air-conditioner, mosquito nets over the beds and mosquito protection in the windows.
Activities revolve around game viewing, either by vehicle or boat, within the Chobe National Park. The Park with its estimated 140,000 elephants, huge herds of buffalo, and almost daily sightings of lion is a photographer’s dream.
