Chobe Water Villas in Namibia is located in the 150 km² Namibian Kasika Conservancy, directly on the banks of the Chobe River. It offers unobstructed views into the renowned Chobe National Park and over Sedudu Island, which boasts the highest density of wildlife of any river system globally, including elephants, lions, buffalo, hippos, crocodiles, and numerous antelope and bird species. 

The lodge features 16 exclusive water villas, each with spectacular views. Guests can enjoy the infinity pool and relaxing pool deck, which seamlessly flow from the main lodge building. The intimate 36-seat restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and there is a cozy cocktail bar and lounge, as well as a private library lounge with a complimentary all-day tea and coffee butler station.

Chobe National Park is home to a variety of wildlife, including giraffes, wild dogs, leopards, cheetahs, jackals, hyenas, and a significant zebra migration. The park covers 117,000 km² and hosts 50,000 elephants and 164 mammal species. Antelope species include roan, sable, lechwe, waterbuck, kudu, eland, puku, klipspringer, impala, and the occasional rare sitatunga.

Situated at the confluence of the Chobe and Zambezi Rivers, where Namibia, Botswana, Zambia, and Zimbabwe meet, Chobe Water Villas also offer opportunities for fishing enthusiasts to catch tiger fish, nembwe, and three spot bream. Access to the lodge is via a boat transfer from Kasane in Botswana.
