Kunene River Campsite is situated on the bank of the Kunene River, 100 km east of Epupa Falls and 50 km west of Ruacana Falls.
The campsites are positioned beside the river, featuring abundant green lawns and expansive trees. Each site comes equipped with a braai spot and a place for washing up. Additionally, there are shared ablution facilities with both hot and cold water.
The reception area, bar, restaurant, and camp grounds and activities are open to all travellers. Many of the camping guests comment on the quality, cleanliness and amenities of the campsites, most of which overlook the river.
Kunene River Campsite operates Namibia's leading Rafting Adventure Centre where novices and experts alike can enjoy a thrilling taster through the rapids of the spectacular Ondorusu Gorge, a two day adventure from Ruacana through the Gorge to the camp, or a tailor-made camping expedition paddling 100 km down-stream for up to four days, from the Lodge to Epupa Falls.
