Perched high on an escarpment along the tranquil western edge of Botswana’s Chobe National Park, Muchenje Safari Lodge offers breath-taking vistas of the Chobe River and seasonal floodplains. Despite its secluded location away from the hustle of Kasane, it's just a two-hour drive from the magnificent Victoria Falls.

The main lodge boasts panoramic views of the Chobe River, shared by all 11 luxurious cottages. With an expansive lounge, bar, and dining area overlooking the river and waterhole, guests can enjoy communal dining or opt for private meals. For a more intimate dining experience, there's a lapa by the pool and the option of a Bush Braai (barbecue) in a boma nearby.

Extensive deck areas invite guests to unwind and soak in the scenery, perfect for savouring African sunsets with a refreshing drink or stargazing around the fire pit. The swimming pool, offering views of the floodplain, is open year-round.

Activities abound at Muchenje Safari Lodge, including game drives, boat and mokoro rides, both day and night, as well as walking safaris, photography excursions, and birdwatching adventures.
