Tiras Guest Farm is a 12,000-hectare cattle farm offering a range of accommodation options: a bungalow with two en-suite double rooms and two additional beds in the living room, accommodating up to six guests; a basic mountain chalet with two beds and an external shared toilet and shower; and a cottage close to the farmhouse with three beds and its own toilet and shower.

The farm is crossed by an old ox wagon route that historically connected Lüderitz to Namibia’s interior. Known as a reliable water source since 1900, Tiras was once frequented by transport drivers and later by German colonial forces. Since 1930, it has been operated as a livestock breeding farm.

The farm also holds evidence of ancient human activity, including Bushman rock art, grinding stones, tools, and pottery fragments. Over time, weathering has created striking rock formations unique to Tiras Guest Farm.
