Every room and guest space is perfectly positioned to embrace the vast, untouched landscape, offering a deep connection to the beauty of the desert.
Blending the charm of a tented camp with the comfort of a permanent lodge, Wolwedans provides welcoming communal spaces for socialising or quiet reflection. The 10 tented rooms are open to panoramic views, each featuring a private verandah that merges seamlessly with the surrounding sands. Sleeping with the canvas blinds open is encouraged, allowing guests to feel the soft evening breeze and gaze at the star-filled sky.
The main lodge, built across wooden decks, includes two lounges, multiple sundowner decks, a tea deck, a library, a wine cellar, and two dining rooms. While the lodge offers comfort, the real magic lies in the experiences that immerse guests in the vastness of the NamibRand.
Guests can enjoy a range of included activities, such as morning and evening scenic drives, Wolwedans desert sundowners, the Heart and Home Village Tour, a full-day scenic safari, a bushman walk, e-biking, and peaceful solitude moments. For an additional cost, hot air ballooning, horse-riding, spa & wellness treatments, and a desert sleep-out can be arranged.
