Booking & Payment Info

PAYMENT TERMS:

Please note that the full requested payment is due on receipt of the booking invoice to secure room availability if booked within 6 weeks of arrival date. A 50% booking deposit payment is due on bookings made prior to 6 weeks of arrival date with the remainder settlement amount payable 6 weeks before arrival date. Payment can be made by electronic bank transfer (EFT), credit card (MasterCard / VISA only) or direct bank deposit. For your information, the confirmed rate is valid for the reservation details as stated per invoice. A change in any of the details may result in a different rate. Bank charges are not included in the rates and are for your account.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

60 - 45 days before arrival 25% of total booking value
44 - 30 days before arrival 40% of total booking value
29 - 14 days before arrival 70% of total booking value
13 - 0 days before arrival 100% of total booking value
100% of total booking value for non-arrival or no show

All refunds and cancellations are subject to a minimum 25% of the total booking amount handling fee.
