SOUTHERN AFRICAN TRAVEL BAN:
Botswana, Namibia & South Africa have imposed an international travel ban on most foreign countries which will be reviewed by 17 April 2020. Namibia and South Africa have closed all their borders for incoming and outgoing travel up to the 17 & 16 April 2020 respectively and will be in lockdown during this period.
GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICIES:
Most establishments in Southern Africa are in agreement that guest may shift their bookings for up to 12 months or more (additional annual and or season increases are applicable in some cases).
It is recommended that travellers who have bookings for May, June and onwards wait for the above travel bans to be reviewed and possibly lifted rather then hastily cancel their bookings, as cancellation fees are applicable.
